First Aid: Allergies

Symptoms

Itchy, Hot areas on skin, Red circles on belly (nettles), Rashes, Red weeping eyes, runny nose, sneezing, reverse sneezing (breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth), Swelling (head, mouth, eyes, throat).

First Aid

Administer eyewash / ointment if required. Thoroughly wash affected areas with water. Apply calamine lotion to affected skin areas. Apply topical antibiotic / steroid ointment.

Causes: Insects, Plants, Dust, Food, Chemicals
